Pepe García

Secretary & Communications DirectorPepe brings over two decades of experience in brand development, communications, and digital strategy. In the 1990s, he produced La Bruja, Puerto Rico’s first surf documentary, and launched Surf in Rico, the island’s first surf magazine and TV show dedicated to local surf culture. At Stoked Rincón, he leads branding and community engagement initiatives. 

As Secretary of the Rincón Water Safety Organization, he oversees communications, donor relations, and strategic partnerships. Pepe is a certified First Aid and CPR/AED instructor, a lifelong advocate for ocean safety, and an ocean enthusiast deeply committed to the preservation of Puerto Rico’s coastal heritage.
