Stephany Ryneveld

Director, Rincón Water Safety Organization As director she brings years of experience in accounting, audit, and financial leadership. A New York State CPA, she began her career at Ernst & Young in New York before taking senior roles in global firms across Geneva and North Carolina, overseeing financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.

She is a longtime ocean enthusiast, a certified PADI Divemaster, and a graduate of BWRAG’s ocean-risk management course. As one of RWS’s founding members, she contributes financial discipline, strategic insight, and a global perspective to the board. Now living in Rincón with her family, she is committed to strengthening the island’s ocean-safety future.
